Strategy

• A Chained Fist is a 20 Fortified unit. It is the cheapest fortified unit and its hitpoints are incredibly effective for its cost, of 10.0 health per gold. However, a Chained Fist lacks in its DPS. Instead it is best used to create a cheap Split in the early game and spammed on later waves to take advantage of "overkilling" by the damage of late game creeps.

• The counter to a Chained Fist in the early game is usually any type of impact damage creature or mercenary. For example, Wave 4: Flying Chickens, is the Chained Fist's weakest early wave due to its defense and attack types. Similarly, Snail, Brute, and Cannoneer are all powerful sends versus a player using Chained Fists .

• In the late game, the primary purpose of Chained Fist becomes spam in order to soak Overkill damage. The most effective send against this becomes Witch or Centaur. Ogre can also be effective counter to a player spamming Chained Fists.
