Periodically deals massive damage to a single target.

Strategy

  • A Disciple is a high damage fighter, which relies heavily on its ability to output the damage. When building a Disciple, a strong frontline is required due to its low health and time reliant spell.
    • While the Disciple is a valid opener, it struggles heavily due to its poor health and high burst that make it lose DPS potential. Later addition of a Disciple is often prefered to not lose DPS due to the low health of the wave creeps.
  • Since a Disciple's DPS is highly reliant on its mana, any source of mana regeration is valuable to the Disciple. Some example are the upgrade of the Disciple; the Starcaller, the Sacred Steed and the Magician Legion Spell.
    • Even if mana regeneration is important, value can also be found in the Sorcerer Legion Spell due to the high base damage of the ability. It is however recommended to put it on its upgrade; the Starcaller, since the base damage is even higher.
  • The player needs to be careful about the possible small mercenary spam sends when relying too much on the Disciple for the damage of their build, since it is a good counter to it as explained earlier concerning early waves. Having fighters, such as Great Boar, that deals with the large number of small mercenary will help the player find more success utilizing the Disciple as their main damage source.
  • The Disciple is unique in the sense that it deals pure damage which does not have a weakness, nor does it have strengths. It is thus a reliable DPS source throughout the game.
