Powerful, but gets weaker when built next to expensive units.

Strategy

The Alpha Male is a strong tank with natural armor type. It is important that there is no other unit built adjacent to it, which costs as least as much as the Alpha Male itself ( 285), as otherwise the Alpha Male receives a Damage and Armor penalty. In particular, two Alpha Males should never be built adjacently. Note though that an Alpha Male can be used to provide a buff to a Lioness.
